Monoqool … introducing the new Wire series.

People who are already wearing a Monoqool understand why! We all know about their typical 3D printing process, their design, lightness, technicality and simplicity. No screws = no fuzz. This time, Monoqool challenges its own production process. The Wire collection presents a true combination of 3D printing and wire structures.

Monoqool thinks that screws are absolutely outdated, that the focus should be on smart technical solutions and details. A spring, for instance, has all the characteristics of an amazing design once all unnecessary elements are eliminated. In fact, all the after-care of the glasses becomes virtually obsolete.

Full use is made of all the options offered by 3D printing in these Wire series. The wires are attached to the front of the frame through small ‘tunnels’ made in the hinge area. This creates the illusion that the wire is just one piece.
